KME is present in China with 3 manufacturing sites and a sales and trading office in Shanghai, employing totally 400 people. KME is now looking to recruit a Sales Director for China, based in the Shanghai office, to promote sales of imported products for the connector division. His role is to expand their business, pursuing their budget, manage and expand the key accounts, and the Chinese sub-contractors.

  • Drive the Connector Division sales and distribution strategy for the China market

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree (Bsc/Msc), preferably in business commerce and/or economics.

  • Significant sales management experience; people coming from the metal raw material and alloys market will be preferred.

Reporting relationships

The position will report directly to the China General Manager (Line Manager) and to the Head of the Division (Functional Manager). He will have to manage a team of two sales managers and two BackOffice people dedicated to the management of the orders.
